Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placing your purchase for a full refund.

After this 36-hour window, your order will be fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under this policy.

Mystic Tallow Balm – 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Mystic Tallow Balm. If you don't notice any difference in the fading of under-eye dark circles within 30 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • You must have actively used the product as directed during the 30-day period.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • You may be asked to confirm your usage of the product.

This guarantee applies specifically to results related to under-eye dark circles. Refund requests for other reasons are not covered under this guarantee.

Other Refund Requests

Outside of the 36-hour cancellation window and the Mystic Tallow Balm guarantee, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns.

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund of up to 30% of the item price at our discretion. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
