Order Processing
Some orders are fulfilled from our logistics partner, FIEGE Logistik, located in Switzerland. Once you place your order, here's what happens next:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email at the same address you used to place your order.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a live tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that this estimate assumes no delays from customs, local postal services, or other factors outside our control. International shipments may occasionally experience longer transit times due to customs clearance procedures in your country.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipping from Switzerland, international customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Tracking Your Order
